ONE - TWO - BLUE
The evolution of Stefan Matioc and I’s collaborative collection “In My Head”. ONE - TWO - BLUE consists of two physical canvases tied to 2 1/1 NFTs.
Both canvases were painted in July 2021 during one of Stefan's visits to my studio in Brooklyn. It was an inspiring and productive abstract art session where we set constraints and only worked in the color blue. To contrast the original “In My Head” collection, we leaned into the imperfections that come along with enamel & paint, letting the colors drip and blend together.
The two pieces are called "Gravity" and "Flow" - each face is engulfed in a sea of bold lines, swirling around in a meditative pattern.
Each NFT auction winner received the physical signed piece of art, with a certificate of authenticity.
